• With three layers - an insulating shell, an airy base layer and a waterproof outer membrane - the SHIMA ALPHA trousers are extremely versatile and perform well in a variety of weather conditions.
• The warmer, made of polyester, has wind-resistant properties and can be worn as a separate layer for extra warmth on cold days.
• The outer waterproof membrane is breathable, abrasion-resistant and, with a splash-proof zip down the side, the trousers are comfortable to put on and take off, even with boots on.
• AirForce level 2 FLEXX breathable knee and level 1 hip protectors are included to provide a high level of safety.
• Comfort is enhanced by the adjustable waistband and a short connecting zip, allowing the trousers to be combined with a jacket.
• The trousers also feature practical extras such as a cargo pocket, reflective strips for increased passive safety.
