The shell is made of HPC carbon fiber. The helmet shell comes in 4 sizes, developed through wind tunnel testing to achieve the best shape and performance. Therefore, a lot of attention was paid to aerodynamics to keep the helmet stable at high speeds and thermodynamics to optimize thermal regulation. All Airoh technologies have been combined in this helmet. Also AMS2 Plus system (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) and magnetic cheek pads AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System). 8 air inlets and a spoiler with integrated air outlets, the AHS (Airoh Hydration System) vent system integrated into the EPS ensures better air supply and removal in the Aviator 3.
