The result of over a decade of MotoGP development, this latest version of Alpinestars Tech-Air® technology provides full upper body protection. The Tech-Air® E-Race is fully self-contained, meaning no configuration with a rider is required, allowing for maximum comfort, freedom, and versatility. When fully deployed, the airbag provides critical protection for the back, behind the kidneys, chest and shoulders. Additionally, with a simple update to the system's universal software, the E-Race system can be configured to run the Tech-Air® E-Street setup for on- and off-road use.

• The main body is made of elastane, 2D mesh and nylon.
• The lining of the vest consists of perforated elastane, 3D mesh and soft edging for a high level of comfort.
• The system uses argon inflation cartridges approved according to the ISO 14451 standard.
• The system's software is upgradable and can be configured to use Tech-Air® E-Street airbag settings for on- and off-road use.
• The ACU is protected to ensure its operation in all weather conditions.
• The system and its components operate in any weather conditions from -10 ⁰C to +50 ⁰C.
• The ACU is homologated according to ECE R10 04, which ensures the electromagnetic integrity and stability of the device.
• The system uses an integrated lithium-ion battery that has a runtime of 25 hours and a charging time of approximately six hours. The Micro USB charger allows for convenient charging of the system, one hour of charging time gives you four hours of driving time.
• The system has a convenient connection system that allows quick and easy connection to the racing suit.

• Colored front YKK zippers allow easy and secure attachment of the vest to the outer jacket.
• Category II approved according to the European PPE Directive 686/89/EEC using the EN1621-4:2013 version, which guarantees protection against impact from 45 milliseconds to 5 seconds.
• Design and manufacture approved according to the Pyrotechnics Directive 2007/23/EC.
• Not suitable for clothing that is suitable for the street airbag system.
